My sister was celebrating her 80th birthday this week. I selected Lady Bug, on-line, to make and deliver a flower arrangement to brighten up the occasion. My Sister was delighted with the arrangement. It was beautifully done. Bright & fresh, and the flower artist did an outstanding job arranging the flowers. I contacted the store directly with a question, and the florist could not have been nicer or more helpful. Delivery was on time and the delivery person actually helped my sister by putting the rather heavy vase on the table. Thank you for the excellent service experience. Well done Ladybug, well done.

The flowers I ordered for my niece were perfect! She called to tell me how beautiful they were, they made her day! The Ladybug delivery person also did a FANTASTIC job after I gave her the wrong address. She gave me a quick call to let me know, and I was able to give her the correct address, then she sent me a note to let me know the delivery had been made. Great customer service! Great product! Happy customer!!

It was delivered the day it was expected. It is very similar to the advertised photo. I did mention a couple of flowers that I did not want in it, and thankfully they are not in it.
In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
